A flow of stretches across the whole body. Stretches with variations for folks who can't be on knees/ hold body weight. Most poses sitting, on the side or on the back. One pose lying face down and one lunging pose (side lying variation included).

NOTE: This video shows a lot of poses involving lifting the arm over the head. If this is difficult for you, you can perform these poses just taking your arm to the height that feels comfortable OR adjusting the angle. For example, if the pose calls for bringing the arms out to the side, you can bring them up in front of you.

Only ever stretch to a comfortable place, never pushing through pain. Prioritise the stuff that feels constructive and leave the rest. Meet your body where its at!
